DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
All UK mainland orders are delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, which is estimated based on your selected delivery option. International orders are also sent via Royal Mail, then passed to your national postal service – your tracking number can be used on both organisation’s websites. Deliveries in Europe can be expected 3-10 working days from dispatch & deliveries to the US and Canada can be expected 7-12 working days from dispatch, but please note that this is subject to any international shipping delays which are out of our control. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to do anything to speed up processes such as customs checks. We will always be happy to look into the whereabouts of your parcel, but unfortunately have no control over delivery processes after your order has left us.
We estimate that most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, however in busy periods or sales, please be aware that this may take up to an estimated 3 working days. Please see the checkout page for up to date dispatch and delivery estimates.

US & Canada –£17.99
Deliveries to US and Canada can be estimated at 7-12 working days from Dispatch.
RETURNS
We hope you love everything you order from us.
Please note all returns are to be made within 14 days in a resellable condition to guarantee you a full refund.
However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 14 days from the date of delivery in their original packaging with a note containing your order number and we’ll process this for you.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days.
We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and unopened.
Please note, that we don’t send confirmation emails to let you know we’ve received your return. Therefore, we ask that after 10 working days, if you haven’t been refunded then please do contact a member of our team at orders@partyshakes.com.
Damaged or faulty orders
If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at orders@partyshakes.com with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or for the product replaced. If you have a query that isn’t answered here, please contact orders@partyshakes.com.(9am-5pm Monday-Friday).
